Homemade = love

and not I forgot to buy a card so am forced to make one....honest...

 It's for an October birthday girl and pumpkins are seasonal (is the link too tenuous?). She's currently about 6 months pregnant so I hope she's not got issues about her shape or the affectionate quip could backfire!
